ISU Continuing Education and Workforce Training to Partner with Best, LLC to Host Mental Health Awareness Week Events

National Mental Health Awareness Week begins in early October of each year. Idaho State University’s Continuing  Education and Workforce Training will host Mental Health Awareness Week events from September 30 to October 4, 2024, with Best, LLC hosting events on October 4 & 5. 

Classes are free to attend. This year’s courses are offered over Zoom, during the noon hour, for convenience. Topics include nutrition, community resources, meditation,  and resilience in teens. 

Best, LLC will host a full-day Mental Health Symposium for professionals on Friday, October 4, 2024 and 7 CEUs will be available. Scholarships are available. Please contact Amy Welsh for more information regarding scholarship eligibility. She can be reached at: awelsh@bestllc.net 

A complete list of sessions is listed below. All ISU sessions will be held over Zoom.
The Symposium will be held at Chubbuck City Hall and the Fun Run will be at Lower Ross Park.
