Indigenous Peoples’ Day Volunteers Needed

September 26, 2024

On October 14, the Office of Equity and Inclusion and Native American Student Services (NASS) will host the sixth annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day on our ISU campus.

This event, focusing on Indigenous health and well-being through culture, community, and connection, will be a day-long teach-in for the community, students, faculty, staff, and administration. We are reaching out to our colleagues to help our campus and community feel welcome throughout the event. We are seeking volunteers for various roles, including greeters, guides, and moderators, and would appreciate your presence, whether you can volunteer for the day or just for an hour or two. If you are
interested in volunteering, please sign up using this link. For more information, contact Dr. Kirsten Mink at kirstenmink@isu.edu.
