Idaho State University’s School of Performing Arts Presents "The Little Prince”

Idaho State University’s School of Performing Arts is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of "The Little Prince," a captivating adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's beloved tale. The show will run November 15 and 21-23 at 7:30 p.m. and a matinee November 16 at 2 p.m. at the Bistline Theatre, located in the Stephens Performing Arts Center.
Director and theatre faculty member Vanessa Ballam shared her enthusiasm for the production: "Dive into the whimsical world of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s beloved tale as Idaho State University theatre brings to life the story of a young prince who travels from planet to planet, discovering the magic and wisdom of love, friendship, and the human experience. This captivating production promises theatre magic, heartfelt performances, and a timeless message that we know will resonate with audiences of all ages. Don’t miss your chance to embark on this extraordinary adventure—where imagination knows no bounds and the simplest truths shine the brightest."
The School of Performing Arts will also hold two student matinees on Nov. 19 and 20, specifically for southeast Idaho school learners. This is an opportunity for all young people to experience the magic of theatre. On opening night, all are welcome to the beloved Afterglow event. Audiences can enjoy refreshments available for purchase and mingle with the talented cast, crew, and artistic team following the performance.
During the second weekend of the show, your ticket purchase will grant you free entry to the annual Festival of Trees, hosted by the College of Business.
