ICMA Special Guest Lectures October 29 and 30

The International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Chapter is hosting a webinar with Dr. Osti, Principal Climate Change Specialist for Asian Development Bank on Tuesday, October 29 at 4 - 5:15 p.m. via Zoom. ADB is a sister international organization that lends to development projects in Asia. Dr. Osti will share his expertise on flood management and risks. 

On October 30 at 5:30 p.m., please join ICMA in a webinar with Keith Bybee, division manager for budget and policy analysis at the Idaho Legislative Service Office. He will share Idaho's budgetary process and their unit's special role with legislators.
