Hispanic Heritage Month Salsa Making Competition

Come and show off your salsa making skills on October 3 from 5 - 6:30 p.m. at the SUB Wood River Room. There will be four prizes, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd from the judges, and a people’s choice award. Please note that on the day of the competition, you must bring at least 32 oz of your salsa to allow for tasting. You will be able to decorate your table with your chosen theme and showcase your salsa. You must also disclose your included recipe/ingredients for dietary and allergy reference.
