EPAF Originators and Approvers Training

In April, we introduced a new EPAF dashboard but encountered some issues that required additional work. We’re happy to share that these issues have been resolved, and the new EPAF dashboard will officially go live on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. While the EPAF transactions will remain the same, the dashboard will feature a new display, similar to the timesheet interface.

You're welcome to join us for a drop-in training session on Friday, September 27, at 10:00 a.m., where you can preview the new dashboard.

Reminders:

• EPAF email notifications will continue to be sent to approvers with pending approvals every Tuesday and Friday.
• HR EPAF reviews (approval levels 10 and 101) happen multiple times throughout the day. There's no need to contact HR unless your EPAF has been in the HR queue for more than one business day.
• Visit our EPAF webpage for instructions, tips, and additional resources.
