Presidential Transition Committee Formed

To prepare Idaho State University to welcome a new leader and to support the incoming president in familiarizing themselves with ISU, the University has formed an internal Presidential Transition Committee.The Presidential Transition Committee will be working with campus and community constituents to gather relevant data to create the following resources for the next president:
- Strategic Audit Report that provides an in-depth look at the strengths and opportunities at Idaho State
- Relationship Book that outlines and identifies key constituents of the University, creates a plan to manage key relationships of the President, and includes a briefing book with information on all key donors and partners
- “All About ISU” document that includes historical information, current and complete project charters, a detailed strategic plan report, information on ISU branding, research, and athletics, institutional organization charts, direct report information, University Council lists, and any other relevant information
- Key ISU policies and procedures for institutional decision-making, including shared governance structures, the university policy program, the budget-setting process, etc.
