ISU Leadership Development Program - Early Registration

Are you interested in learning more about leadership? The 2023 ISU Leadership Development Program will begin on Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 1-3 pm. This program provides professional development for emerging and current leaders. This year we will have a hybrid program hosted in-person in Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, Meridian and Pocatello, but we will also have a Zoom option for those working remotely, home sick or are traveling. There will be some pre-session work for the CliftonStrengths session and participants will receive this information at the beginning of August.

The purpose of this program is to provide emerging and experienced leaders the tools, knowledge and skills critical to becoming a strategic leader. To learn more about the program, please see the program outline and schedule below.  If you are interested, please discuss this with your supervisor first, and upon their approval, use the Google registration form below to apply. We are interested in why you would like to participate in this program, so please share your “why?” in the registration form.
