Diversity Center Welcomes All to Fall Events
August 7, 2023
The Diversity Resource Center will kick off the fall semester with a Sept. 7 Cultural Cook-Off Competition.
Brown Bags or lunchtime conversation hours will also be returning this semester. Bring your lunch and enjoy conversations with guests such as Andrea Schmutz, who will be sharing about her work with refugees, and author Melissa Michelson, discussing her book LGBTQ Life in America. Diversity Week, October 30 through November 3, will feature guest speakers, including Idaho Senator Cherie Buckner-Webb and keynote presenter, Tedx speaker Liz Kleinrock.
These events welcome all members of our ISU community. Students can find more information about these and other campus activities on the U ROAR! webpage and in the digital student newsletter, Roar Weekly.
