Bengal Management Essentials - New Campus Program

The Office of Human Resources is announcing the launch of a new training program, Bengal Management Essentials. This program is for current and future faculty and staff supervisors.The goal is to provide management training for emerging and existing managers at Idaho State University. Participants will learn tactical aspects of management and supervision. ISU subject matter experts will host this new program.

After a successful pilot in 2022, we are opening registration for current and future faculty and staff supervisors to register for our fall session offered virtually through Zoom. The program will begin on August 24, 10 a.m.- noon, and will continue on Thursdays throughout the fall. A celebratory graduation reception will be held on Dec. 7.
