Webinar: Quality Matters 7th Edition Series: General Standard 8 - Accessibility and Usability

November 13, 2023

This is the last General Standard in the QM 7th Edition Series. You can see all previous webinars on the ITRC Video Training Library.

The Quality Matters (QM) Rubric became an integral part of ISU’s approach to course design in 2012 based on the recommendation of a faculty committee convened to explore the quality of ISU's online courses. The Quality+ Program was created to incorporate all the recommendations from the faculty committee and officially began in Fall 2017.

The Quality+ Program program remains dedicated to assisting faculty members in implementing evidence-based practices derived from the Quality Matters Rubric and its peer-review process in ISU courses. The QM 7th Edition Rubric includes guidance for asynchronous online, synchronous online, and blended courses.

This week, we are covering General Standard 8 - Accessibility and Usability: The course design reflects a commitment to accessibility and usability for diverse learners.

Join us on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. for 20 minutes.
