Volunteers Needed for Experience ISU

Volunteers are needed for Experience ISU, one of the University’s largest annual recruitment events. 

This year's Experience ISU is happening  Friday, Oct. 27.  Volunteers can conduct an interactive session about your department or program, host a breakout session about the great things our campus offers, show off our amazing clubs/organizations, or just join as a spirited volunteer ready to jump in and help. Please consider volunteering your time to participate in this exciting event. Deadline to RSVP is Friday, October 13.

This event will be conducted in a structured format, with students following a set agenda throughout the day. The main goal of Experience ISU is for students to be able to explore two academic programs that most interest them and participate in interactive sessions to learn more about those areas from the faculty that teach it every day.

7:30 a.m. Students Begin Arriving 

8:30 a.m. Check-In, Breakfast, & Club/Organization Fair 

9:45 a.m. Opening, Welcome, & Agenda Overview 

10:30 a.m. Break Out Groups for Academic Sessions 

11 a.m. Academic Interest Session #1 

Noon Lunch 

12:30 p.m. Break Out Groups for Academic Sessions 

1 p.m. Academic Interest Session #2 

2 p.m. Breakout Sessions & Campus/Housing Tours 

4 p.m.  End of Event
