Idaho State welcomes sustainability manager

The Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainability Department welcomes Jessica Carnes, the University’s first Sustainability Manager.  Jessica will be leading and coordinating sustainability initiatives, completing the institution's first STARS report and developing a Sustainability Action Plan.  

Jessica is joining Idaho State after earning her Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University with a certificate in Sustainable Energy & Environmental, Social, and Governance.  Jessica also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Northern Arizona University. Jessica held environmental positions in both the private and public sector prior to joining Idaho State.  

The EHSS team welcomes feedback on sustainability initiatives and needs on campus.  Feedback can be provided utilizing this form.
