Fulbright Scholar to Present Lecture on “Developing an Annotated Corpus of Pakistani English as a Research Tool”

Dr. Abrar Qureshi, a Fulbright Postdoctoral Scholar from Pakistan who is visiting ISU November 29-December 1, will give a lecture on his research to which all are welcome.
His lecture, “Developing an Annotated Corpus of Pakistani English as a Research Tool,” is on Thursday, November 30, at 1 p.m. in LA 324. Qureshi will provide an overview of his research on this topic, which he has been conducting with his Fulbright host, the Department of Linguistics at the University of North Texas, Denton. Q & A will follow.
