Experience ISU - Volunteers Needed

This year's Experience ISU, one of our largest campus recruitment events, will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023.

We are looking for as many volunteers as we can get to help with the recruitment of our future students and to educate them about our various programs. Whether you are conducting an interactive session in your departments/programs, hosting breakout sessions about the great things our campus offers, showing off our amazing clubs/organizations, or just a spirited volunteer ready to jump in and help, all of you play an important role in shaping our future students' experience here at ISU.

This event will be conducted in a structured format, with students following a set agenda throughout the day. The main goal of Experience ISU is for students to be able to explore two academic programs that most interest them and participate in interactive sessions to learn more about those areas from the faculty that teach it every day. For your convenience, an overview of the day’s events is included below.

8:30 a.m. Check-In, Breakfast, & Club/Organization Fair

9:45 a.m. Opening, Welcome, & Agenda Overview

10:30 a.m. Break Out Groups for Academic Sessions

11 a.m. Academic Interest Session #1

12:30 p.m. Break Out Groups for Academic Sessions

1 p.m. Academic Interest Session #2

2 p.m.  Breakout Sessions & Campus/Housing Tours

4 p.m. End of Event

As current members of our outstanding Bengal community, you have the greatest influence on whether a student chooses to attend ISU.
