ISU began in this program in 2019 as we work toward building a campus culture based on trust, compassion, stability and hope. We want to celebrate you and thank you for being an important part of the Bengal community that embodies these values.

As 2022 comes to a close we encourage you to reflect on your experiences with your colleagues from across the university. If you have had any experiences with faculty or staff that you feel exemplify trust, compassion, stability, or hope, please share them with us by the end of the 2022 calendar year.  Be A Bengal Nomination Nominations submitted before December 31, 2022, will be considered for the December nominee drawing ($25 gift card winner for each category), and the fourth annual Be A Bengal winners to be announced in spring 2023
