New and Expanded Training Content in Talent Management System in Bengal Web

Through our continued partnership with our third-party content provider, Skillsoft, Human Resources will soon be adding a significant amount of new on-demand, online training content in our Talent Management System (TMS) in Bengal Web. 

With this update, our previously available Skillsoft online training modules will be going away, and new content will be added through an upgraded system integration. For a few weeks both old and new content will be available to allow employees any time needed to complete training currently in progress. After the system implementation and testing is complete, we will shut off the old content and only new content will continue. With this change, we do not anticipate any of our users will be aware of any changes. However we want to let everyone know what to expect, and who to contact if you encounter any issues.

What do we need from you? 

• Please complete all current or previously registered TMS trainings by October 31, 2022

• Please do not register for or start any new TMS trainings until November 8, 2022

• After November 8, 2022, follow instructions available on the HR website to search for, register, and complete any online training that interests you!
