Idaho State Reports Impressive NCAA Academic Progress Rate
Idaho State University Athletics performed in exemplary fashion with its NCAA Academic Progress Rates this cycle. Four of Idaho State’s teams had a perfect APR score, and nine teams improved their single-year or multi-year scores from the previous year.
The University shared the impressive update with the State Board of Education during their regularly scheduled August meeting. The reports highlight the academic performance and graduation rates of student-athletes.
"Student-athletes and staff alike have prioritized elevating academic performance and ensuring that our University can be very proud of the rate at which our students are graduating, being retained, and remaining eligible throughout their careers at ISU and it shows. These efforts will continue, and we are excited about the performance as a major facet of our Bengal ROAR," said Pauline Thiros, Director of Athletics. "A lot of credit also goes to our faculty for their continued commitment and support."
