Staci Phelan named Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management

The Division of Student Affairs is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Staci Phelan as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. Dr. Phelan’s new position became effective Jan. 4.

Prior to her work with Enrollment Management, Dr. Phelan served as a senior auditor and unit business officer. As the interim associate vice president, a role she has filled since May 5, 2019, Dr. Phelan has demonstrated her ability to effectively lead operations and successfully build relationships across campus and in the community. Her passion for Idaho State is evident in everything she does and has contributed to a powerful student-centric focus for our Enrollment Management team. Dr. Phelan is committed to integrity, transparency, shared governance, and continuous improvement. 

As the associate vice president of Enrollment Management, Dr. Phelan leads the day-to-day operations of the offices of the Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, Scholarships, and Orientation and New Student Programs.
