Financial Literacy Certificate Program Registration Opens in April
March 1, 2021
Registration for the College of Business’s new Financial Literacy Certificate opens to all Idaho State University students in April. This new certificate program will also be open to the public as well through Continuing Education Workforce Training (CEWT) later in the summer.
The certificate program includes nine credits of three courses designed to help students grow their understanding of financial concepts including tax preparation, buying a home, insurance, investing, retirement, real estate and entrepreneurial financing.
The program is designed to both build students’ expertise in their own personal finances as well as prepare them for owning or managing a business no matter what their major may be.
Students interested in pursuing the certificate should visit the website for more details at isu.edu/cob/financecertificate and speak with a College of Business advisor to be enrolled in the program
