Blue Cross Blue Shield Lawsuit Notice

Several benefitted faculty and staff have received an email and/or letter in the mail surrounding a class action lawsuit against Blue Cross Blue Shield. While this has raised several questions, the State's Office of Group Insurance has advised our Human Resources team that our plan is NOT impacted by this suit.
