Research Study Participants Needed

The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics seeks volunteers for a study of nutrition and health. The study schedule requires:

• One on-campus appointment lasting 1.5 hours involving consumption of a small meal and collection of urine 
• Collection of urine for five hours after leaving the appointment

Volunteer criteria:

• Age 30-50 years
• Body Mass Index of >30
• Non-smoker

Volunteers are paid for their participation.
