PIE Faculty Panel: Teaching Difficult Subjects

Please join us for a faculty panel on Oct. 11 from 3-4:30 p.m. (MT) on “Teaching Difficult Subjects.” In this panel, Berenice Sánchez (College of Education), Mark McBeth (Political Science), and Janet Loxerman (Biology) will discuss how to teach emotionally charged subjects and will offer suggestions about methods to use when dealing with powerful student responses when discussing controversial material.
