Here are a few tips for ROARing remotely: 

  • Interested in trying or continuing the practice of meditation? Join the Office of Counseling and Testing for a 30-minute meditation and a brief discussion of the practice on Fridays from 12:15 -1 p.m. Visit the Mindfulness Meditation schedule for Zoom info. 

 

  • Watch this Bengal Tip of the Day from the Office of Counseling and Testing on giving ourselves permission to laugh and find joy during these difficult times.
