This week’s ROARing Remotely tip comes to us from Idaho State University Libraries and Idaho State University Counseling and Testing Service: Check out the self-guided self-care resources available.
An important part of self-care is utilizing resources that can assist you in understanding yourself better and improving your quality of life. Many find that self-help books are a helpful compliment to receiving in-person counseling services. This page includes a list of recommended resources available through ISU Libraries that you may find helpful in improving your well-being.
Coping with COVID: Library eBooks about Stress and Anxiety, links to helpful resources about finding meaningful ways to connect, and support services available at the Counseling and Testing Center of ISU.
