Volunteers Needed for Nutrition Study

The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics seeks volunteers for a study of turmeric consumption and health. The study schedule requires four on-campus appointments involving consumption of a small meal and collection of urine. Appointments last about 1.5 hours each over four weeks and volunteers are compensated for their participation. 

Volunteer criteria:
Age 40-65 years
Body Mass Index of 30-40
Non-smoker
