Parking options for ISU guests

It is important that everyone feels welcome on our campus, and parking shouldn't be a hindrance for guests to the University. Departments have many different parking permit options available to order for their guests.

PDF Passes: These permits can be ordered via email at parking@isu.edu. PDF passes can allow the guest to print the passes before they arrive.

For PDF passes, please include the following in your request:

Event Name
Event Date
Event Location
Location Time
How many individuals attending
Index code

General Department Day-Use Pass: These permits can be ordered via BengalWeb. These parking passes allow individuals to park in any of the general lots on campus. These permits can be mailed to your department stop or picked up in our office.

Steps to ordering passes:

Login into BengalWeb
Click the Employees Tab and select “Tools”
In the Parking Services section select “Purchase Department Day Use Pass”
Select “Request Department Day-Use Pass”

Enter the information needed on the request form and submit the form. Once it is submitted the form is sent to our parking email where it will be filled by a Parking Attendant. Please keep in mind it can take 2-3 business days to fill the request.

Reserved Department Day-Use Pass: These permits can be ordered via BengalWeb. These parking passes allow individuals to park in any of the Reserved and General lots on campus. These permits can be mailed to your department stop or picked up in our office.

Steps to ordering passes:

Login into BengalWeb
Employees Tab and select “Tools”
In the Parking Services section select “Purchase Department Day Use Pass”
Select “Request Department Day-Use Pass”
