5K Costume fun run set Saturday

The ISU Student Physical Therapy Association is again sponsoring a 5k Costume Fun Run and 1 mile kids race this Saturday, Oct. 26, at Cadet Field on the west side of Reed Gym. Race time is promptly at 9:15, with onsite registration occurring from 8-9 a.m. You can also register online. 
The primary event will be a 5k fun run starting and ending at Cadet Field. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. There will also be a 1 mile kids fun run for children 12 and under. Prizes for top finishers and best costumes. There will be kids games onsite to entertain younger children, and a raffle for additional prizes donated by community sponsors.   
Proceeds from this event go to support the Student Physical Therapy Association and are used to offset some clinical and study supplies, award travel scholarships to conferences, and to donate toward humanitarian efforts. Please come enjoy some fitness and fun.
