ISU’s Women’s Club Jayne Schubert Scholarship Brunch to be held April 28

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Women’s Club will host the Jayne Schubert Scholarship Brunch to honor three scholarship recipients on April 28 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Stephens Performing Arts Center.
Campus and community members are invited to a brunch, silent auction, raffle and to listen to guest speaker, Wendy Vaughn, who is the owner of Elwen Cottage and Classic Shabby. Vaughn is currently teaching in the ISU Continuing Education Program.
The scholarship recipients who will be honored this year are Brooke Wells, who will be awarded the Employee Child Scholarship; Mariah Ruth, who will be awarded the Ruby Taylor Scholarship; and Veronica Moreno, who will be awarded the College of Technology Scholarship.
The ISU Women’s Club is the oldest club on campus, and is dedicated to improving the lives of staff, faculty and students by providing opportunities to form friendships, raise funds for scholarships and enhance campus life for all.
