Political Science Faculty Publish in Journal

Four political science faculty members were published in the November 2018 issue of Policy Studies Journal

Dr. Kellee J. Kirkpatrick and Dr. James W. Stoutenborough recently had an article published in Policy Studies Journal titled, "Strategy, Narratives, and Reading the Public: Developing a Micro-Level Theory of Political Strategies within the Narrative Policy Framework." The article can be accessed at https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/psj.12271.
 
Dr. Mark K. McBeth and Dr. Donna L. Lybecker also recently had an article published in Policy Studies Journal titled, "The Narrative Policy Framework, Agendas, and Sanctuary Cities: The Construction of a Public Concern." The article can be accessed at https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/psj.12274.
 
Both of these articles were published in the November 2018 special issue of PSJ which was specifically devoted to the topic of "Advances in Narrative Policy Framework." The Narrative Policy Framework (NPF) was developed by Dr. McBeth and two of his graduate students, Elizabeth Shanahan (now a professor at Montana State University) and Michael Jones (now a professor at Oregon State University).
