ISU Holi Festival 2017 set for April 15 in Pocatello

POCATELLO – The Associated Students of Idaho State University invites all of Pocatello and the surrounding communities to experience and celebrate the rich cultural diversity of ISU at Holi: The Festival of Colors 2017 on Saturday, April 15, on the ISU Hutchinson Quadrangle.
The event runs from 6 to 10 p.m.
Holi is a Hindu spring festival celebrated in India and Nepal, also known as the "festival of colors" or the "festival of love.” The festival signifies the victory of good over evil and the arrival of spring.
There will be a live DJ, dancing, music from around the world, and free beverages sponsored by Coca Cola. Colored powder will be given out. Patrons are encouraged to wear white
The event is co-sponsored by the Nepalese Students Association, International Students Association and Association of Indian Students.
The event is free to all.
