POCATELLO—David Munson has been named the August Career Path Intern of the Month at Idaho State University by the ISU Career Center.
Munson is completing his final year in the Energy Systems Nuclear Operations Technology program. He was nominated by his supervisor, Maxwell Daniels, reactor supervisor at the Department of Physics, Nuclear and Electrical Engineering.
"Having Mr. Munson on as a student CPI has absolutely changed the quantity of work that our facility produces while not compromising on quality," Daniels said.
Munson’s projects have included designing and building circuitry critical to the ISU AGN-201 reactor control rods and deconstruction, analysis and research for an upgrade on the AGN-201 control console.
