Idaho State University International Night 2014 set Nov. 1 in Pocatello

The Idaho State University International Student Association invites all of Pocatello and the surrounding communities to experience and celebrate the rich cultural diversity of ISU at International Night 2014 on Saturday, Nov. 1, in the Pond Student Union Ballroom.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the event officially kicks off at 7 p.m.
This year’s theme is “A Festival of Festivals” and will showcase national festivals around the world.
Dinner will be provided at the event featuring traditional cuisine from a variety of countries including India, Africa, Saudi Arabia, China and Trinidad & Tobago.
International Night 2014 will also feature performances from various cultures by the international students of ISU including songs, dances and a fashion show.
Tickets are $6 for students, $8 for faculty and staff, and $9 for the public. Tickets will be on sale from Oct. 17 in the Pond Student Union Building and the Rendezvous Complex. People wearing traditional or cultural dress will receive an extra raffle ticket at the door.
