Idaho State University ‘A Season of Note’ presents blues artist Eric Bibb Sept. 12

Eric Bibb, the Blues Foundation Acoustic Artist of the Year for 2012, will once again bring his legendary talent to the Idaho State University Stephens Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 12.
Bibb's performance in the Joseph C. and Cheryl H. Jensen Grand Concert Hall is part of ISU’s "A Season of Note" entertainment and cultural series.
Tickets for Bibb's concert, as well as all single "Season of Note Series" events, go on sale Aug. 31.
Bibb, a native New Yorker, is an American acoustic blues singer/songwriter who is based in London and launched his career in London. Bibb has been appropriately described as “discreetly awesome” and “a total original.” A performance by Bibb is an enriching experience – both musically and spiritually."“Deeper in the Well," Bibb's most recent album was released in March 2012, features single releases "Bayou Belle" and "Dig A Little Deeper in the Well."

Ticket prices for the Bibb concert are $24 for lower level and $20 for upper level seating. Tickets can be purchased at the Stephens Performing Arts Center Box Office, open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the school year.
