December 19, 2007
Arlo D. Luke, CEO of Varsity Contractors, Inc., has been named “Idaho Business Leader of the Year” by the Delta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, the professional business fraternity at Idaho State University. He is the 45th recipient of the award.
The award annually recognizes an Idaho business leader who has demonstrated outstanding business and professional ethics while contributing significant support to worthwhile community and civic activities.

Today, company revenues exceed $250 million with more than 5,000 employees in 48 states.
He is the founder of Valley Pride, a civic beautification organization, and he is a lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America, currently serving on the executive board of the Grand Teton council. Luke also serves as co-chair of the Idaho International Choral Festival and as a member of the Idaho State University Foundation board of directors.
Luke will receive the award at Alpha Kappa Psi’s annual banquet on Feb. 26 at the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center at Idaho State University.
