Symphonic Band to perform in Stephens Center

The Idaho State University Symphonic Band, under the direction of Monte Grisé will perform its first concert of the season at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 20 in the Joseph C. and Cheryl H. Jensen Grand Concert Hall in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center.
This is the first concert of the season for the ISU Symphonic Band. It will perform an eclectic program featuring contemporary band music as well as music from the Renaissance including pieces by composers such as Johan De Meij, Carolyn Bremmer, Tielman Susato and Morten Lauridsen.
Tickets may be purchased at the door at a cost of $5 for adults, $3 for ISU faculty and staff, $2 for precollege students and free to ISU students with valid Bengal cards.
