Treasure Valley anatomy labs host one-of-a kind workshop for teachers

MERIDIAN—Sixteen health science educators took a rare journey through the human body at an anatomy workshop Aug. 8, hosted by Idaho State University-Meridian faculty and staff at the L.S. and Aline Skaggs Treasure Valley Anatomy and Physiology Laboratories.


Paula Phelps appointed to Idaho State Board of Medicine

BOISE – Idaho State University’s physician assistant studies program director, Paula Phelps, is a new member of the Idaho Board of Medicine. Idaho Gov. Brad Little announced the appointment this week and she’ll serve until March 2025.

MERIDIAN - Researchers at Idaho State University are laying the foundation necessary for a better understanding, and eventually diminishing, adverse drug effects that can occur in patients taking multiple medications.
