Cory's responsibilities include: Managing the Graduate School CRM, auxiliary systems, and systems that interface with the University ERP, as well as other systems in the Graduate School such as the document management and Banner.
Building and utilize communication plans, recruitment plans, and program plans. Configuring and managing applications and managing all data migration processes, including updating applications with their applicable documentation. Developing and managing weekly reports for faculty and staff from CRM data. Serves as the Graduate School point of contact with the University IT department and TechOps.
Full Bio
Cory was born and raised in Pocatello, ID and first started attending Idaho State University in 2004. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration, and in 2016 later earned his M.B.A. Prior to joining the Graduate School in August 2019, Cory had worked as an Analyst in both healthcare market research and product manufacturing. He had also spent time in the United States Army as a Medic and resided in Germany while he was serving.
