Tracy’s role in the graduate school is to implement strategies to reach enrollment goals, provide services to help students with their professional development, evaluate policies, petitions, and requests, as well as support faculty and departments in the development and recruitment of graduate programs.

Tracy joined ISU in May 2014 after 12 years working with adult completion programs and graduate students in North Carolina. With degrees from North Carolina State (Ed.D. Adult & Higher Education), Springfield College (M.S. Physical Education- Sport Psychology) and High Point University (B.S. Psychology), Tracy has worked in higher education since 2002. Recent presentations in the areas of leadership, Q-methodology, recruitment, admission, and enrollment at regional, national and international conferences include: National Association of Graduate Admission Professionals (NAGAP), Western Association of Graduate Schools (WAGS), and International Society for the Scientific Study of Subjectivity (ISSSS). Tracy has also been part of panels, presentations, and published articles on student service in higher education.
Previously, Tracy has been the President and Vice-President of the NC Adult Education Association and founding Vice-President of the Southeastern Regional Chapter of NAGAP. With an extensive administrative background in higher education, Tracy has been part of multiple steering committees to move from a 3 credit to a 4 credit curriculum, bringing student conferences to campus, strategic planning, and research/assessment – amongst others.
Tracy has been instrumental in bringing a graduate research poster session/symposium to two universities to promote and showcase the academic efforts graduate students are conducting, growing participation each year.
The Main Office of the Graduate School is located in Room 401, on the top floor of the Museum Building (Idaho Museum of Natural History).
Anna Siddoway, MHE, RD
Interim Graduate School Director/Senior Graduate Program Manager

As Senior Graduate Program Manager, Anna has purview over the College of Business, College of Health, and School of Nursing. Students, faculty, and staff may contact her directly for questions regarding the application process, policies and procedures, and graduation.

Anna has worked for the Graduate School for over ten years, starting in 2008. She started as a student intern as a sophomore, working with applications and email correspondences. Since then, Anna has served the Graduate School in various capacities, including events, recruitment, retention, and graduation, and is currently serving as the lead in admissions and enrollment as a Senior Graduate Program Manager.
Currently, she is a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership program with a concentration in Higher Education Administration at Idaho State University. Anna is also an alumnus with previous degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Health Education. Her research interests include rural student identity, student retention, and support.
Anna grew up in the rural town of Mud Lake, Idaho, on a sheep ranch. She has fond memories of spending summers in the mountains trailing sheep with her family as a child. She still enjoys the mountains and loves hiking, biking, and skiing.
Cory Astin, MBA
Technical Process Coordinator
Office: Room 406, Museum Building
Cory's responsibilities include: Managing the Graduate School CRM, auxiliary systems, and systems that interface with the University ERP, as well as other systems in the Graduate School such as the document management and Banner.
Building and utilize communication plans, recruitment plans, and program plans. Configuring and managing applications and managing all data migration processes, including updating applications with their applicable documentation. Developing and managing weekly reports for faculty and staff from CRM data. Serves as the Graduate School point of contact with the University IT department and TechOps.

Cory was born and raised in Pocatello, ID and first started attending Idaho State University in 2004. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration, and in 2016 later earned his M.B.A. Prior to joining the Graduate School in August 2019, Cory had worked as an Analyst in both healthcare market research and product manufacturing. He had also spent time in the United States Army as a Medic and resided in Germany while he was serving.
Amanda Bennett
Graduate Program Manager
Office: Museum Building, Room 416
As a Graduate Program Manager, Amanda oversees programs in the College of Education, the College of Pharmacy, the School of Nursing, and the School of Rehabilitation and Communication Sciences. She is also the co-lead for event planning and coordination for the Graduate School, i.e., Graduate New Student Orientation, the Graduate Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition, and the Research and Creative Works Symposium.

Prior to joining the Graduate School, Amanda taught public speaking and advertising courses in ISU’s Communication, Media, and Persuasion department, first as a graduate teaching assistant (2017 – 2019) and then as a full-time Assistant Lecturer (2019 – 2024).
For over eight years Amanda worked for a national health insurance company in a variety of capacities, primarily in the areas of advertising, marketing, and corporate communication. She then moved to Hawai’i where she worked for a custom home builder as a marketing specialist, and as a middle school paraprofessional working with special education students.
Amanda’s extensive professional experience is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and a minor in Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Corporate Communication.
Bailey Brockett
Communications Coordinator
Office: Museum Building, Room 406
Bailey’s role in the department is primarily to create marketing and communication materials to promote and expand the influence of the Graduate School and its programs. She manages and creates material for all of the Graduate School’s social media accounts and website, helps with the recruitment processes of individual programs, promotes events, maintains the graduate school catalog, and oversees thesis and dissertation publications.

Bailey started her role as the Communications Coordinator shortly after receiving her B.S. in Journalism and English from the University of Idaho in 2022. She is happy to be using her communications knowledge to help promote and provide accessibility to higher education. When she isn't working, you can find her traveling and exploring national parks with her husband, reading, crocheting, and doting on her cats, Theo and Cody.
Angie Callaway
Management Assistant

Angella's responsibilities at the Graduate School include; Managing the front desk coverage and scheduling. Managing customer-focused responsiveness to inquiries to the Graduate Students, Administrators, Faculty, Agencies and the Public. Event planning and coordination for the Graduate School, i.e. Graduate New Student Orientation, the Graduate 3 Minute Thesis Competition, Research Symposium and Late Nights with the Graduate School.

Angie Callaway began working at the Graduate School in 2019 as the Front Desk Manager and then was promoted to the Office and Events Coordinator. She is a graduate of Idaho State University College of Technology with an AAS in Graphic Arts and Printing Technology. She has an extensive management and customer service background and enjoys working with the graduate students, faculty and staff at Idaho State University
Wiky Christophin
Application Analyst
Office: Room 401, Museum Building
As an Application Analyst, Wiky reviews applications to be able to finalize and process for programs to review applications. He manages and collates incoming transcripts for inclusion with the remainder of the applicant’s material, observes accreditation and internal protocols for transcript utilization, manages and collates incoming test scores for inclusion with the remainder of an applicant’s materials, coordinates with Graduate Pathway Specialists to ensure timely and relevant updates as needed, and finalizes residency determinations. Additionally, he utilizes the application software to send final decision letters, monitor and report anomalies in application workflows, and update application performance requirements in our Student Information System (Banner). He works in conjunction with the Graduate Pathway Specialists for programmatic questions and the Technical Process Coordinator for system adjustments. He is the Graduate School’s internal point of contact for all application-related functions.

Wiky was born and raised in Florida and lived there until he was 21. He became a resident of Pocatello in late to mid-2020. He enjoys playing sports and exercising in general. He spends a good amount of time playing soccer and tennis. He has a passion for art and is a self-taught graphic designer. He loves to collect art. Whenever he travels, he always returns home with 2- 3 pieces, and his favorite part of it is when he purchases originals. He also has a passion for political science, specifically international relations theory.
Amy Clark

Amy is the administrator for Graduate Council, where she helps with document management, workflow, and processing with the Registrar’s Office.

Amy was born and raised in Soda Springs Idaho. After completing high school, she moved to Pocatello to pursue higher education where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Idaho State University in 2011. Following her graduation, Amy gained extensive work experience in various industries including customer service, business management, and human resources. Her passion for self-development and learning new skills has led her to dabble in coding and data analytics and she enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading in her spare time.
Jenny Clough
Customer Service Coordinator

Jenny’s role in the Graduate School is to lead the front service desk and handle all incoming and outgoing communication.
Jenny was born and raised in and around Eugene, OR. After completing high school, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education & English at Western Oregon University. She then went on to the University of the Pacific to earn her Master of Arts & Teaching, with an emphasis in Sports Sciences. Following her graduation, Jenny gained valuable customer service and management experience working at a technology company based out of San Diego, CA. Jenny, her husband, and twin daughters moved to Pocatello in mid-2019. Together they love to explore all Idaho has to offer; camping, fishing, hiking, or traveling to wherever the kids' sporting event is.
Barbara Van Jones
Records Management Coordinator
Office: Museum Building Room 404
BVJ’s role in the Graduate School is as Records Management Coordinator. She primarily maintains completed official Graduate School records, including all student records electronically according to state and federal compliance. She also assists with other projects as needed by the Graduate School.
