I Love ISU Scholarship Campaign

I Love ISU Scholarship Campaign

Volunteers for the I Love ISU Scholarship Campaign raised $230,748.02 in gifts and pledges for students in 2016. We appreciate the contributions from the surrounding business communities, alumni, and ISU employees.

All gifts and pledges made in support of the I Love ISU Scholarship Fund are awarded to Idaho residents during their freshman year at Idaho State University and continue through their four years of academic study. During the campaign, donors can also direct their gifts to other areas of the university including colleges, departments, and student programs.

Support scholarships and make your gift online today! ISU employees are eligible for payroll deduction, complete the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form to activate your gift.

History

Originating in 1982, the I Love ISU Scholarship Campaign was established by the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce as a way to raising scholarship support for college bound students in Idaho. This annual campaign is the most recognizable fundraising effort at Idaho State University. Each September, over 150 volunteers dedicate their time to contacting local business owners and leaders requesting their support for scholarships. The campaign includes Pocatello, American Falls, Blackfoot, Idaho Falls, and the surrounding communities.

Idaho State University, a Carnegie-classified doctoral research and teaching institution founded in 1901, attracts students from around the world to its Idaho campuses. At the main campus in Pocatello, and at locations in Meridian, Idaho Falls and Twin Falls, ISU offers access to high-quality education in more than 250 programs. Idaho State University is the state’s designated lead institution in health professions.

Idaho State University faculty and students are leading the way in cutting-edge research and innovative solutions in the areas of energy, health professions, nuclear research, teaching, humanities, engineering, performing and visual arts, technology, biological sciences pharmacy and business. Idaho State University combines exceptional academics amidst the grand natural beauty of the West. ISU is at the heart of an outdoor-lover’s paradise and a short drive to some of America’s greatest natural wonders and exciting outdoor recreation opportunities.
