Electronic deposit of student account refunds. 

Instant Pay (Direct to Debit) Option Discontinued

Due to recent changes, our refund servicer is terminating the Instant Pay (Direct to Debit) refund option, therefore your refund profile will no longer be available starting May 26, 2023.

To prevent delays in receiving a future refund/overpayment, update your refund profile as soon as possible. Idaho State University offers the ability to have your refunds electronically deposited to a US checking/savings bank account.  We encourage you to update your refund profile and to select the direct deposit option.  Direct deposit is safer and faster than waiting for a paper check delivery in the US mail. 

Please note, if you do not update your refund profile to direct deposit, a check will be mailed to your local US address on file and may take up to 5-10 business days for delivery.  We also encourage you to review and update, if needed, your local address within BengalWeb (Academic Tools Tab - Student Records - Personal Information Self Service).
