ISU utilizes TouchNet as our payment processing platform for all student accounts. Within TouchNet, students can access their statements, make payments, enroll in eRefunds and/or payment plans, and set up authorized users.

ISU partners with ECSI Recovery Select to manage past-due student accounts. If a student has a past-due balance and is not enrolled in a TouchNet payment plan, their account may be transferred to ECSI Recovery Select. If your account has been placed with ECSI, you will need to work directly with their team to establish a payment plan.

Please note, ECSI Recovery Select is not a collection agency. Their role is to help ISU students set up payment arrangements and avoid being placed with a collection agency.

The ISU Book Bundle ensures that students have their required course materials on or before the first day of class. Through the ISU Book Bundle, physical books are conveniently packaged and provided to students on a rental basis. Digital materials are delivered directly through Moodle. Upon registering for classes each semester, all Idaho State University students are automatically enrolled in the ISU Book Bundle. All students have the opportunity to opt out of the program each semester. With this new program, costs for all your required course materials will be added into your tuition and fees for $24.75/credit hour.

For further information regarding the book bundle, please visit ISU Book Bundle page.

The Mandatory Consolidated Fee consists of the facilities fee, technology fee, and activity fees. This is not a new fee. This has been a part of the Full Time Fee and Part Time Fee in the past. This change is a result of the State Board of Education's decision to present a breakdown of the total tuition assessed. A Full-Time Student is assessed with a flat rate Consolidated Fee whereas a Part-Time Student is assessed with a per credit hour Consolidated Fee. This is added along with other class fees and professional fees (depending upon student registration) to the tuition of the student.
