Spring 2023 Registration Opens This Month!

We’re in the thick of the fall semester, but it’s already time to start planning ahead for spring 2023. Registration by class will open in just a few days. Have your students talked with an advisor? Talking with an advising specialist can save time and money, and students can book an appointment online with a simple click. 

You might want to check in with your students not just about the classes they are thinking about taking, but how classes are going right now. Are they feeling good about their course of study, or do they need to chat with a career advisor about a different major? Are they feeling confident about their success, or do they need a little help? Have they checked into tutoring? Are they feeling stressed about finances? We have emergency assistance of all kinds available, and now is also the prime time to complete a FAFSA for next year to get on top of potential financial aid.

If your students are not sure who to talk to in order to get things moving in the right direction or to feel GREAT about their academic experience, let us know at parent@isu.edu. We can help you find the resources they need. 

In the meantime, Spring 2023 registration by class opens this month. Remind your students that the start-time for each class registration day is 7:00 a.m.

Seniors (90+ credits) & Graduate Students                          Monday, November 7

Juniors (58-89 credits)                                                       Wednesday, November 9

Sophomores (26-57 credits)                                               Friday, November 11 

Freshmen (0-25) and all others                                          Monday, November 14
