Harriman State Park Cross-Country Ski & Snowshoe Trip

Visitors to Harriman State Park during the winter season can enjoy numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, photography, and wildlife viewing. The park offers 24 miles of groomed trails suitable for an introduction to cross-country skiing. Beginners welcome. Fees cover transportation, equipment and permit.

Moab, Utah Spring Break Trip
March 19-25
Departure time: 7:00 a.m.

Pre-trip: March 16, 5:30 p.m. at OAC
Nonrefundable deposit/cancellation fee: $100
Spend spring break in the desert of Moab, Utah, biking, climbing, hiking and exploring the National Parks. The road and mountain biking and climbing portion of the trip is designed for participants with novice-to-advanced experience levels. If you do not want to climb or bike, you are welcome to come along and camp, hike, and enjoy all that Moab and the national parks have to offer in the desert environment. Moab has great shopping, restaurants and activities to participate in. The group will be staying at a camp park in town that has hot showers, bathrooms, and a pool. The trip fees cover transportation, campground, and staffing. Participants will be responsible for the cost of their own food, and camping gear.

Buffalo Field Campaign
April 1-3

Spend a weekend volunteering with the Buffalo Field Campaign. Experience environmental activism, communal living, and the majesty of the American buffalo. The cost of transportation and bunkhouse is included in the trip fee. Buffalo Field Campaign provides meals. It is recommended to donate to the food kitty.
