Early Assurance Program Applications Now Being Accepted for Future PAs
The ISU Physician Assistant Program strives to increase the recruitment of students who plan to serve patients experiencing significant health disparities. To accomplish this, the PA program created the Early Assurance Program for students who intend to work as primary care providers in rural areas after PA school.
Qualified undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students earn early conditional admission to the PA program. Known as Grit Scholars, these students also receive academic guidance and professional mentorship. A formal seat reserved for the ISU PA program is given upon successful completion of the EAP requirements.
Informational sessions will be held on Wednesday, March 16, and April 13, 2022, at noon. For Zoom link information, please visit isu.edu/grit.
Applications are due Sunday, May 15, 2022. Apply Here
