- Where is the application packet?
You may access the Candidate here or under the "Forms and Documents" tab on the ASISU Elections website. - What is due and when?
Candidate and/or party filing application, voter signature list, candidate and/or party expenditure sheet, candidate and/or party election deposit sheet, and candidate and/or party fees are due Friday, February 10, 2023, by 5 p.m. to the ASISU offices in room 204, Pond Student Union. The online Voters Guide information, due on the same day, must be submitted electronically by 5 p.m. to the Elections Commission at election@isu.edu. - The campaign expenditure sheet is due Friday, February 10 2023. What if I want to add to it?
While expenditure sheets are due on Friday, February 10, you may add to your expenditure sheet throughout the campaign. You may refer to the Election Code 10.6, paragraph C. - Where do I turn in Candidate Packet forms?
Bring your forms to the ASISU offices in room 204, Pond Student Union by 5 p.m., Friday, February 11, 2022.- Do I have to be in a party to run for office?
No. - Do I have to fill out the party information to run for office?
Only if you are running with a party. - Where are rules for the election?
The Election Code and Candidate Packet include specific rules for the election. Candidates are required to read both documents.

- What is "active campaigning" and when does it begin?
The Election Code defines active campaigning:
"10.3 Active Campaigning
A. The term 'active campaigning' shall be defined as the distribution of campaign literature, the hanging of signs, holding campaign events, or similar campaign activities on campus."
For eligible candidates, active campaigning begins immediately following the Mandatory Candidates meeting on February 13th and 14th at 6 PM in the North Fork room.
