Indoor Air Quality

The purpose of the ISU Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) program is to provide and maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable indoor air environment. A key part of the program is responding to and resolving concerns of building occupants. Common concerns include odors, musty smells, stuffiness, and eye irritation. Common causes of air quality complaints include mechanical ventilation failures, inadequate outdoor air supply and/or air exhaust, recent construction, and at times mold.
