Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Interstitial Cystitis (AID-IC)

A randomized controlled cross-over trial evaluating the efficacy of an anti-inflammatory diet on symptom severity among women with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS).

Goal of Study

Investigate if an anti-inflammatory diet that excludes IC/BPS bothersome foods helps manage symptom severity and thereby, contributes to improved quality of life for women with IC/BPS.
