Mindfulness Meditation Summer Group 2019
Please join us for a guided mindfulness meditation and brief discussion of the practice. Open to students, staff, faculty, and community members. Free of charge. No experience with meditation necessary, and no need to commit to the entire series. Hosted by CALM (Caring, Action, Leadership, Mindfulness).

Join a group. If you enjoy reading or dancing, joining a book club or dance group can be a good way to meet people with similar interests.
Explore a new activity. Take a friend and enroll in a painting, exercise, or pottery class. It can be a good way to meet new people and expand your social group.
