Link Box single
Creates a link in a colored box with options for icons and additional text. Each Link Box single is an adjustable column within a row.
Fields and Options
Name
Supplies a name for the list of 'content in this section'. It is for internal purposes only.
Column size
Choose the width of the column by percentage: 25, 33, 50, 66, 75, 100, etc.
Link
Choose a section or content type you want to link to.
External Link
Paste in a URL from a website.
Icon
Paste in the code for the icon from Font Awesome.
Getting the icon code
Link Text
The visible text for the link that will appear in the box
Link Text Size
Choose Heading 2 - Heading 5.
NOTE: Headings 2, 3, and 4 are all the same font size in this content type. It is still important to choose the appropriate number for screen readers and search engines.
Brief Paragraph
Additional text underneath the link text.
Getting the icon code
1. Visit the Font Awesome icon gallery
There are thousands of icons and you are NOT limited to the free icons. We have a paid subscription for the website.
Search for the icon you want or peruse the categories.
2. Click on the icon you want to use
A new window will open showing different options for using the icon.
3. Click on the code that looks something like this: <i class="fa-regular fa-clock"></i>
The code will be automatically copied.
4. Paste the code into the content type's icon field.
